From other celebrations like this we knew that buttons were the best way to have the public enjoy all the festivities without any hastle.   The committee thought the best way to get the community involved was to have a contest for kids in school to design their own buttons. We had close to 700 entries, it was very hard to pick the winners, below are the choices. We received a tremendous amount of support from the school systems with this project.

We chose this button created by Amy Grabarz, grade 10, from Foran High School for the button to represent the youth 16 and under. Kids will pay $5.00 to enjoy the festivities.

We chose this button created by Sravya Vajapeyajul, grade 10, Jonathan Law High School for the button to represent the adult over 16. Adults will pay $10.00 to enjoy the festivities.

Buttons Will be available at :

Shoreline Mortgage ( Broad Street)

Milford Photo (River Street)

Milford Recreation Dept.(Parsons Building)
